The five levels of technical commissioning include:
- Level I — Design Phase. Develop detailed and comprehensive commissioning specifications and design critique as it pertains to commissioning.
- Level II — Construction Phase
- Level III — Acceptance-Testing Phase
- Level IV — Integrated System Testing
- Level V — Warranty Phase
